The Indo Global Journal of Commerce and Economics (IGJCE) publishes high-quality scholarly contributions that advance research and practice in commerce, economics, and allied disciplines. The journal welcomes original, unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate scientific rigour, methodological soundness, and practical relevance.
Types of Manuscripts Accepted
Original Research Articles
5,000–8,000 wordsOriginal Research Articles report novel findings derived from quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, or experimental research. These manuscripts should present significant theoretical, methodological, or practical contributions to the fields of commerce and economics.
Review Articles
6,000–10,000 wordsReview Articles critically evaluate and synthesise existing literature on a specific research topic. Systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and meta-analyses that identify research gaps and future directions are particularly encouraged.
Conceptual Papers
4,000–7,000 wordsConceptual Papers develop new theories, models, frameworks, or perspectives that contribute to the advancement of commerce and economics research without relying primarily on empirical data.
Case Studies
3,000–5,000 wordsCase Studies present detailed analyses of organisations, industries, business practices, public policies, or real-world management challenges, offering valuable insights for both researchers and practitioners.
Short Communications
2,000–3,500 wordsShort Communications report preliminary findings, innovative methodologies, emerging concepts, or concise research outcomes that are of immediate relevance to the academic community.
Book Reviews
1,000–2,000 wordsBook Reviews provide a critical evaluation of recently published scholarly books relevant to commerce, economics, and related disciplines. Reviews should assess the book's contribution, strengths, limitations, and significance for researchers and practitioners.
General Requirements
All manuscripts submitted to IGJCE must:
- Be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
- Fall within the Aim & Scope of IGJCE.
- Be prepared in accordance with the journal's Author Guidelines and Manuscript Template.
- Comply with the journal's Publication Ethics, Research Integrity, and Plagiarism Policy.
- Be written in clear and professional English.
- Successfully complete the journal's double-blind peer-review process before acceptance for publication.
