All reviewers are expected to comply with the journal's ethical policies, confidentiality requirements, and reviewer code of conduct.

Conflict of Interest Screening

Editors assess potential conflicts of interest before assigning manuscripts to reviewers.

Diversity and Inclusion

The journal seeks to maintain a diverse reviewer pool representing different institutions, countries, and research perspectives while ensuring appropriate expertise.

Performance Monitoring

Reviewer performance is periodically assessed based on the quality, objectivity, and timeliness of reviews. Consistently high-performing reviewers may be invited to join the Editorial Board or serve in additional editorial roles.

Editorial Discretion

The final selection of reviewers is made by the Editor or Handling Editor, who may invite additional reviewers when specialised expertise is required.

Author Suggestions

Authors may suggest potential reviewers during submission; however, the Editor retains full discretion in selecting reviewers and is under no obligation to use the suggested reviewers.
