• Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant discipline.
• Possess a strong record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Demonstrate recognized expertise in one or more areas within the journal's scope.
• Have prior experience in manuscript reviewing or editorial activities (preferred).
• Be committed to maintaining the highest standards of research ethics, confidentiality, objectivity, and professionalism.
• Possess sound knowledge of research methodology, academic writing, publication ethics, and international editorial best practices.
• Maintain an active academic or research profile through institutional affiliation or ongoing research activities.

• Conduct objective, impartial, confidential, and evidence-based evaluations of submitted manuscripts.
• Assess the originality, scholarly significance, methodological rigor, theoretical and practical contribution, analytical quality, interpretation of findings, and overall academic value of the research.
• Evaluate whether manuscripts comply with the journal's aims, scope, ethical policies, and publication standards.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable recommendations to assist authors in improving their manuscripts.
• Submit review reports within the specified review period.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the peer-review process.
• Declare any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest before accepting review assignments.
• Adhere to the journal's Reviewer Guidelines, Publication Ethics Policy, and internationally accepted standards of scholarly publishing.
