Important Notice for Authors
These forms are required only after your manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. You will receive an official Acceptance Letter from the Editor-in-Chief via email. Once you receive that letter:
- 1. Download both forms below.
- 2. Complete and sign all required fields.
- 3. Attach both signed forms along with your corrected manuscript and payment proof.
- 4. Reply to the Acceptance Letter email with all attachments.
Do not submit these forms before receiving the official Acceptance Letter. For queries, contact editor.lgjss@indoglobaljournals.com

Author Declaration Form
The Author Declaration Form certifies that the manuscript is original and unpublished, has not been submitted elsewhere, all authors meet the authorship criteria and approve the manuscript, and that funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approvals, data availability, and AI usage statements have been disclosed.

Copyright and Publishing Agreement Form
The Copyright and Publishing Agreement confirms that authors retain copyright, grants LGJSS non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce and distribute the article, records that permissions for third-party materials have been obtained, and permits dissemination of metadata through indexing services.
