Litera Global Journal of Social Science is committed to publishing original scholarly work and does not accept duplicate or redundant publications. Duplicate publication occurs when substantially the same research, data, analysis, or findings are published in more than one journal or publication without appropriate disclosure, permission, or justification. Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original and have not been published previously in whole or in substantial part. If any part of the work has been published or is closely related to another publication, authors must fully disclose this information at the time of submission and provide copies of the related publications for editorial evaluation.

The journal screens submitted manuscripts for originality and may investigate any suspected case of duplicate publication. If duplicate publication is confirmed, the journal may take one or more of the following actions:

• Reject the manuscript before publication.
• Retract the published article, where appropriate.
• Publish a correction, retraction, or editorial notice to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
• Notify the authors' affiliated institution(s), funding agency, or other relevant parties, if necessary.
• Restrict future submissions from the author(s) for a specified period.

Limited reuse of previously published material may be considered only when it is properly cited, legally permitted, scientifically justified, and fully disclosed to the Editor. LGJSS follows internationally recognized publication ethics standards and expects all authors to avoid duplicate publication while ensuring transparency, originality, and integrity in scholarly communication.
