Litera Global Journal of Social Science requires that all manuscripts submitted for publication are original and are not under consideration by another journal, conference, or publisher at the time of submission. Duplicate or simultaneous submission is considered a breach of publication ethics and is strictly prohibited. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work has not been published previously (except where permitted, such as preprints, if allowed by the journal’s policy) and is not being reviewed elsewhere. If duplicate submission is identified before publication, the manuscript will be rejected immediately. If it is discovered after publication, the journal may retract the article and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.

Where appropriate, the journal may also:

• Request an explanation from the corresponding author.
• Notify the authors' affiliated institution(s) or relevant publisher(s).
• Restrict future submissions from the author(s) for a specified period.

Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript to submit it elsewhere must first obtain written confirmation of withdrawal from the Editorial Office before submitting the work to another publication. LGJSS is committed to upholding ethical publishing practices and expects all authors to comply with internationally recognized standards of publication ethics by avoiding duplicate or simultaneous submissions.
