Key Responsibilities
Manuscript Management
Oversee the submission, screening, and initial evaluation of manuscripts to ensure suitability and compliance with journal scope and guidelines.
Peer Review Coordination
Manage the peer-review process, including reviewer selection, invitation, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely and fair reviews.
Communication Hub
Serve as the primary point of contact for authors, reviewers, and editors, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
Decision Support
Provide editorial recommendations and support to the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board for publication decisions.
Editorial Oversight
Policy & Ethics Compliance
Ensure adherence to publication ethics, COPE guidelines, plagiarism policy, and conflict of interest standards.
Quality Assurance
Uphold the quality, integrity, and academic rigor of all published content in line with Scopus and Elsevier standards.
Timeline Management
Monitor and ensure adherence to editorial timelines for review, revision, and publication at every stage.
Reporting & Analytics
Track key editorial metrics and provide regular reports on manuscript status, review timelines, and publication performance.
