Author Guidelines
The Author Guidelines of IGJAMS are developed in accordance with internationally recognised scholarly publishing standards and best practices. These guidelines emphasise research quality, transparency, publication ethics, international relevance, editorial integrity, and academic rigour to ensure the publication of high-quality and ethically sound research contributions.
Aim and Scope
IGJAMS publishes original, high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Management, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Sustainability, and other interdisciplinary areas related to applied management sciences.

- Review Articles and Systematic Literature Reviews
- Conceptual and Theoretical Papers
- Case Studies and Industry Reports
- Short Communications and Research Notes
- Book Reviews and Policy Perspectives (by invitation)
Originality and Publication Ethics
All submitted manuscripts must:
- Are original and unpublished works.
- Have not been submitted simultaneously to another journal.
- Do not contain plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or manipulated data.
- Properly acknowledge all sources and citations.
- Obtain necessary ethical clearances where human participants, surveys, interviews, or organisational data are involved.
- Disclose any financial support, funding sources, or conflicts of interest.
- IGJAMS follows the principles of publication ethics and malpractice prevention in accordance with internationally accepted scholarly publishing standards.
Authorship Criteria
Authorship shall be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to:
- Research conception and design
- Data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Drafting or critically revising the manuscript
- Final approval of the version submitted for publication
Note: Ghost authorship, guest authorship, and honorary authorship are strictly prohibited.

Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively.
- Each table and figure should have a clear title and source.
- Figures must be of high resolution and publication quality.
- Data presented in tables should not be unnecessarily repeated in the text.
Citation and Referencing Style
IGJAMS follows the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition referencing style.

Similarity and Plagiarism Policy
- IGJAMS adopts a strict anti-plagiarism policy.
- Overall similarity index should normally not exceed 15%.
- Single-source similarity should not exceed 3%.
- Manuscripts exceeding these limits may be returned for revision or rejected.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring originality before submission.
Data Availability and Research Transparency
Authors are encouraged to:
- Provide details regarding datasets used in the study.
- Clearly describe research methods and analytical procedures.
- Retain research data for verification purposes.
- Share datasets and supplementary materials wherever possible.
Artificial Intelligence Usage Disclosure
- Authors using Artificial Intelligence tools for language editing, data organisation, coding assistance, or manuscript preparation must disclose such use in an acknowledgment statement.
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors and remain the responsibility of the human authors.
Peer Review Process
IGJAMS follows a Double-Blind Peer Review System. The review process generally includes:

Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting IGJAMS the right of first publication. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials, tables, figures, or datasets.
Declaration by Authors
At the time of submission, authors shall certify that:
- The manuscript is original.
- All authors have approved the submission.
- Ethical standards have been followed.
- All conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
- Data and findings reported are accurate and genuine.

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system.
