• Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Management or a related discipline.
• Have a strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Possess expertise in a specific research area relevant to the journal's scope.
• Have previous experience in manuscript reviewing or editorial activities (preferred).
• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical, fair, and timely peer review.

• Provide objective, constructive, and confidential evaluations of assigned manuscripts.
• Assess the originality, scientific quality, methodology, relevance, and significance of the research.
• Submit review reports within the agreed review period.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.
• Recommend improvements that enhance the quality and clarity of the manuscript.

• Official Reviewer Certificate for completed reviews.
• Annual recognition on the journal website (with reviewer consent).
