The Indo Global Journal of Applied Management Science (IGJAMS) encourages authors to share the research data supporting the findings of their published work whenever possible, in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and institutional requirements. Data sharing promotes transparency, reproducibility, accountability, and the advancement of scholarly research.

• Deposit supporting datasets in a recognised public, institutional, or disciplinary data repository before or upon publication.
• Include a Data Availability Statement in the manuscript indicating where the supporting data can be accessed or explaining any restrictions on data availability.
• Ensure that shared data are accurate, complete, and sufficiently documented to enable verification, interpretation, and reuse by other researchers.
• Protect the privacy, confidentiality, and rights of research participants by removing or anonymising personally identifiable information before sharing data.
• Comply with applicable legal, ethical, funding agency, institutional, and regulatory requirements relating to data sharing and data protection.
• Where data cannot be made publicly available due to confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, contractual obligations, or legal restrictions, clearly state the reason in the Data Availability Statement and, where appropriate, indicate how qualified researchers may request access.

Note: The Editorial Office may request access to underlying data, supporting materials, research instruments, analytical files, or related documentation during the peer-review process or after publication to verify the validity, reliability, and integrity of the reported findings.

• Requesting clarification or additional supporting documentation.
• Suspension of the editorial or peer-review process pending investigation.
• Rejection of the manuscript.
• Publication of a correction, Expression of Concern, or retraction of the article, where appropriate.
• Notification of the authors' affiliated institution(s), employer(s), funding agency, or other relevant authorities, where necessary.

All matters relating to data availability and research integrity will be handled fairly, objectively, confidentially, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and internationally accepted publication ethics standards.
