Important Notice for Authors
These forms are required only after your manuscript has been officially accepted for publication. You will receive an official Acceptance Letter from the Editor-in-Chief via email. Once you receive that letter:
- 1. Download both forms below.
- 2. Complete and sign all required fields.
- 3. Attach both signed forms along with your corrected manuscript and payment proof.
- 4. Reply to the Acceptance Letter email with all attachments.

Author Declaration Form
The Author Declaration Form certifies that the manuscript is original and unpublished, has not been submitted elsewhere, all authors have approved the submission, and that funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approvals, data availability, and AI usage statements have been disclosed.
Required fields:
- Manuscript Title
- Manuscript ID
- Corresponding Author
- ORCID ID
- Author signatures with Affiliation and Date
Copyright and Publishing Agreement Form
The Copyright and Publishing Agreement Form confirms that authors retain copyright of their article, IGJAMS receives non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, and distribute it, all necessary permissions for third-party materials have been obtained, and all authors agree to the publication policies of IGJAMS.
Required fields:
- Authors retain copyright of the article
- IGJAMS receives non-exclusive publishing rights
- Permissions for third-party materials obtained
- Metadata may be disseminated through indexing services
- All authors agree to IGJAMS publication policies
- Corresponding author authorised by all co-authors
